Best-in-class Cast Feeling

In bass fishing, how accurately you can cast a lure to a targeted spot directly affects the success of your catch.

This was the first point ZPI focused on when creating bass rods.

Is the ease of casting determined solely by the rotational performance of the reel? The answer is no.

The rod catches the weight of the lure and pulls it out. The reel's job is to send the line out quickly without interfering with the flight of the ejected lure.

Working backward from the ultimate goal of "fishing," we also worked to find the best settings for the strength, taper, and various parts required for each model. After a lot of work and trial and error, the Arcance rods were finally completed.

- Three models:

1) VERSATILE model for a wide range of lures and situations.

2) JIG & WORM model for texas rigs and jigs in the cover.

3) FAST MOVING for wire baits or swim jigs.

Considering the weight and aerodynamic drag of the lures used and the casting used frequently in each type of fishing, the most important theme was to provide accurate casting performance for all models.

- Separate grip for VERSATILE / JIG & WORM models.

- Straight grip for FAST MOVING models in view of best weight balance when reeling and casting.
