In the yellowfin tuna game, there are many hits not only by nabla hitting, but also by blind casting and lure. (Bluefin tuna game invitations have also been established.)
Even though it is a TUNA rod, we wanted it to be light and maneuverable so that you won't get tired of frequent casting. Of course, it also has the versatility to cast and operate from small lures to large lures for selective predation.
During a fight, the rod flexibly responds to the running of the tuna, but it also has the power to firmly lift the tuna that attacks and defends in an arc from several tens of meters away, and the rod breaks to withstand the fight directly below. It also has strength.
In the summer of 2019, after fighting with many yellowfin tuna on an overseas expedition, I was satisfied with the number 2 blank. Also, the guide/grip settings that I was concerned about have been set up so that I will be satisfied with my next expedition to the Tokara Archipelago.
Since we started testing in the summer of 2018, we have been repeatedly testing against amberjack, GT, shark, etc., and we have finally completed the test.
The main material is low-elastic carbon, but it is relatively light.

Note: Although the rod is constructed using carbon material that has stronger breaking strength than the OceanSprinter series, the rod will still break if handled incorrectly. If the tuna makes a big turn and goes under the boat, which is especially likely to happen near landing, instead of keeping the rod upright, take the rod end out of the belt and change the side.
WhiteInsight828/8010 is not recommended for use in harsh fields such as the Tsugaru Strait or other harsh river basins. When it comes to bluefin tuna, even if there are small tuna, you may get a hit with a large tuna, so I would like you to at least use the WhiteInsight 8010 for lures. Also, if you can clearly see 60kg or more, please use WhiteInsight7210/7610/61112.
