Clear sensitivity that meets the sharpened senses of those who have mastered ajing
It is no exaggeration to say that the most important performance required of an ajing rod is "sensitivity". However, even when it comes to sensitivity, different directional detection abilities are required for each ajing action, such as resistance sensitivity, operation sensitivity, and echo sensitivity, and an excellent ajing rod must have all of these at a high level. The first Ajist TZ was born in 2014 under the theme of "thoroughly pursuing 'sensitivity' while completely eliminating common sense ideas". It has been loved for a long time as the right-hand man of those who have mastered ajing with its overwhelming high sensitivity. However, as time passed, it is also true that the desire of the development team for "sensitivity" in ajing rods gradually grew. "Clear sensitivity that exceeds the original model..." This desire led to the decision to reconstruct the Ajist TZ. And after a long time, we once again demolished everything that had been completed and rebuilt it from scratch... 10 years after the release of the first model, the Ajist TZ is finally reborn.
The ultra-high elasticity carbon blanks, with 40t as the main material, are equipped with a 30t carbon solid tip that combines the ability to follow even the slightest load with high bite detection. It has both resistance sensitivity that allows you to sensitively sense changes in the tide and echo sensitivity that clearly conveys the bite of horse mackerel to your hand, at a high level. In addition, the guide set on the blanks that captures sensitivity sensitively uses Fuji's lightest titanium frame + torzite ring guide. In addition, it is equipped with "Feedback Booster Technology" that further amplifies the sensitivity captured by the entire rod by creating a hole in the butt end. By flowing vibrations in a fixed direction without being muffled inside the grip, it provides extremely clear sensitivity. In addition, by further removing excess fat around the grip, which interferes with actual fishing performance, we have succeeded in reducing the weight by an average of about 25% from the previous model. By reconstructing the rod without conventional wisdom, it has become a rod with resistance sensitivity, operation sensitivity, and echo sensitivity that exceeds the previous model.
The feeling of being able to clearly see the invisible underwater... We deliver extremely transparent "clear sensitivity".
Fuji Titanium Frame Torzite Ring Guide
Adopting the lightest weight and highest line protection performance in the history of Fuji industrial guides, the Titanium Frame Torzite Ring Guides are used for all guides from the tip to the butt(ALL TORZITE). The butt guide is equipped with the AT guide, emphasizing even greater weight reduction.
UNSANDED MICRO PITCH BLANKS
The micro-pitch manufacturing method enables the material to be tightly wound through high compression, achieving a balance between strength and lightness, two contradictory elements. Furthermore, the blank performance is maximized by adopting an unpainted unsanded finish.
FEEDBACK BOOSTER TECHNOLOGY
A system intentionally designed with a hole at the grip end, allowing vibrations to escape in one direction, thereby amplifying the vibrations. This system, combined with the high-elasticity blank and TZ ring guides, achieves an exceptionally clear sensitivity.
HARD SOLID TIP(MATERIAL: 30t CARBON FIBER)
While maintaining clear sensitivity, the 30t carbon solid tip offers high flexibility without bouncing off bites. The 56/SL and 60/SL models, being conscious of close-distance fishing, feature a longer solid tip(total length 380mm). Conversely, for the 66/SL and 70/SL models, where long-distance fishing is more frequent, a shorter solid tip(total length 260mm) is incorporated.
KEVLAR FIBER
Utilizing the lightest and high-strength material kevlar, which possesses five times the strength of steel on a weight basis and is commonly used in products such as military helmets and bulletproof vests, the composite material extends from the butt to the grip section, Kevlar fiber boasts low stretch and excellent impact resistance, maintaining a responsive feel while successfully reducing the rod's torsion and compression.
GRIP & METAL PARTS
While incorporating metal parts throughout to maintain the identity of the TZ series, the reel seat is formed with a DPS+carbon pipe. By setting its overall length to the shortest possible, the new series achieves an average weight reduction of approximately 25% compared to the previous series(*compared at equivalent lengths).
C-CROSS JOINT
Spigot ferrules reinforced through special processing with carbon tape. Successful in maintaining strength while eliminating the weight of epoxy and thread, achieving further lightweight construction.
S56/SL
Short length with long carbon solid with high tracking
This model can be used as the main machine in situations where close-range battles are the norm, such as small fishing ports and around streetlights. It is ideal for fishing where you need to delicately manipulate jigs under 1g to catch horse mackerel. The short length of under 6ft makes it particularly easy to handle. In addition, it can comfortably handle fine rod actions such as twitching and shaking. The tip is equipped with a long carbon solid tip with excellent load sensitivity that allows you to clearly feel even slight changes in the tide. Its flexible tracking makes it difficult to bounce bites, encouraging deep bites even when the fish are less active, and increasing the catch rate. ACTION:EX FAST
S60/SL
Standard length model that is sure to be useful in all kinds of situations
A standard length of just 6ft that is easy to use at all kinds of points on the embankment, from small to large, such as around streetlights, tips, corners, myo lines, slopes, and flows. A model that can comfortably handle jigs of around 1g, which are often used in horse mackerel fishing. It features a long carbon solid tip that has a supple tracking ability but is set to an exquisite hardness that allows the rig to act sharply. Since the rig can be moved sharply even in deep areas and areas with strong currents, it is possible to efficiently pick up horse mackerel with accurate appeal.

S66/SL
An all-round model with a short solid that achieves high echo sensitivity
6 ft 6 in makes it easy to operate a single jig even at points with high footing on a large breakwater. Equipped with a short solid tip with a total length of 260mm, it achieves high operating sensitivity. Even with a jig with a slightly heavy jig head of around 1.5g and a voluminous worm set, you can create a sharp darting action that turns on the horse mackerel's predation switch. In addition, the belly to butt power has been fine-tuned to ensure hooking even when cast far away. The ultra-high elasticity blank and feedback booster technology allow you to hook a clearly detected bite with confidence.
S70/SL
Long length with a wide range of versatility that can handle rigs other than single jigs
A long-length model that can reliably present lures to offshore breaks and migration courses far from your standing position. By taking advantage of the length, you can catch horse mackerel in one fell swoop that would be out of reach with a short-length rod. In addition to single jigs of around 2g, it can also be used with rigs such as Carolina rigs and float rigs. The butt, which has strength that you would never imagine from its slim appearance, is the result of a blank composite of Kevlar fiber. Even if you catch a large horse mackerel such as a gigaaji or a terraaji, which often migrate offshore, you can fight with ease.
