Ocean Freaks' completely original titanium alloy split ring pliers.

Made of titanium alloy so they are rust resistant and ideal for use in the ocean.

Teeth for opening and closing the split ring are provided at the tip and in the middle, so one pliers can be used for a wide range of sizes.
