Its action is primarily a wobbling roll, with a relatively subtle and natural movement rather than an overly aggressive action. However, the tail blade generates strong water disturbance and intense flashing, giving the lure an impressive level of attraction that far exceeds what its compact size would suggest.

It maintains a stable swimming action even on a slow retrieve. During the fall, the lure dives while the tail blade swings continuously, closely mimicking the natural movement of a small baitfish.

By using a countdown technique, anglers can control the diving depth and effectively target a wide range of water columns, from the shallow range down to the mid-depth zone.
