The Blackout Craw is a highly attractive craw-style soft bait that combines powerful Vibra Arms with lifelike shad tail legs to create an irresistible underwater presentation.

During the fall, every appendage moves aggressively, generating strong water displacement and visual appeal that effectively triggers an initial strike.

As soon as the bait reaches the bottom, all major appendages stop moving instantly, mimicking prey that has suddenly become motionless. At the same time, the two long antennae continue to sway naturally under their own flexibility before slowly settling, often provoking a second reaction bite from following fish.

Tuned Specifically for Japanese Fisheries
Traditional Vibra Arm craw baits were originally developed in the southern United States for penetrating dense muddy vegetation.

However, Japanese fisheries typically feature isolated cover such as bridge pilings, reed lines, bushes, fishing platforms, and other man-made structures rather than extensive grass mats.

For this reason, the Blackout Craw has been tuned to prioritize appendage freedom of movement over maximum weed penetration. This design makes the bait easier for bass to detect while maintaining a natural appearance that reduces lure rejection.
