The Long-Awaited Revival – JetSetter 81S Goes Back into Production!
This long-bodied, smooth-action rod was born during field testing of the JetSetter 80S—somewhere far away in Patagonia, South America. After spending time chasing trout in the lakes there, the desire arose to create a rod capable of long casting with finesse and speed.

It was designed for casting medium-weight lures over wide areas. The longer handle helps you snap lighter lures with power, and also lets you fully load the rod when casting heavier baits—like 20g spoons or jigs. Its smooth flexibility makes it easy to hook even small trout without bouncing them off.

With a Euro-style flavor and world-spec build, it's ideal for both lake and river fishing.
While the 80S is more focused on eging (squid fishing), the 81S is a true versatile rod created with trout retrieval using spoons and plugs in mind.

It’s a serious rod—the guide setup and weight balance have been meticulously tuned, making it a reliable tool that “gets the job done” without fuss.

Of course, it excels in trout and bass fishing, but it’s also great for squid or seabass.
Still, we don’t limit its purpose—because like every JetSetter rod, this one is meant to be used however you want to fish.
