Bringing “Bush Crawling” to life.
Beecrawl Swimmer is a swimming jig fully infused with the jigging philosophy of Yoshitaka Nishimura, an expert in the swimming jig technique in Japanese bass fishing.
This bait is specifically crafted for Nishimura’s unique method: using swimming jigs to target shallow cover and bush-heavy areas—a technique he calls “Bush Crawling.”
Available in 3/16oz, 1/4oz, and 3/8oz, the lure features different tungsten densities inside the same head silhouette, allowing anglers to use identical profiles with varied weights.
This enables depth control while maintaining the same retrieve speed and feel, offering a new way to build and maintain a consistent retrieval rhythm.
It’s also packed with Nishimura’s refinements, such as the precisely angled hook eye for cover deflection, dual custom wire guards to prevent snags, and a flat-sided head design that enhances the lure’s natural roll action.
A Feco-certified version is also planned, making it tournament legal and appealing to serious competitors.
Pairing it with the Beecrawl Flapper 3.8", designed for shallow cover retrieves, creates Nishimura’s ideal vision of a complete swimming jig system.
