Baby-sized all-purpose Gill-shaped big bait
The Gillroid series has been a winning bait in many tournaments, and now the Gillroid Baby has been born, which has excellent utility while maintaining its significance as a big bait.
Size comparison of the three brothers in the series
The Gillroid Baby is 120mm long (when boot tailed). The Gillroid Junior is 135mm (same), which is only 15mm different, but the Gillroid Baby looks smaller than the numbers suggest, with a thinner body and a smoother forehead shape. However, the Baby has the same size tail and hook as the Junior, and while maintaining its water-biting power and braking power, it also has higher hooking performance.
Equipped with a removable lip
The biggest feature of the Gillroid Baby is that it has a removable lip. The purpose is to strengthen the braking power during super dead slow action in low water temperatures, and to be used mainly in muddy lakes as a large flat-side crank.
Adjust the suspend to make it a user-friendly big bait. If you remove the lip and attach a boot tail, you can of course use it for big baiting just like the Gillroid Jr. In that case, you can get the best performance by adjusting it to a super dead slow fall where it stands on the bottom with just one front hook.
