Three Years in the Making — The Long-Awaited Return of FIN-CH’s Signature Flat Visor Denim Cap

It’s been three years since we first tried making a flat-brim denim cap.
Since then, we’ve received countless requests for a re-release. It’s no longer a passing trend—flat cap enthusiasts are steadily growing.

To be honest, we struggled for more than two years to bring this back.
Why? Because our founder Genkiman… doesn’t look good in flat-brim caps.
So much so that everyone would burst out laughing whenever he wore one!

That hesitation kept us from moving forward—until passionate requests from fans convinced us to give it another shot.
But a simple cap with just an embroidered logo? That’s not what Fin-ch is about.
We wanted to create something truly Fin-ch-like.

Then, while touching winter fabrics, an idea sparked:

“What if we turned this fabric into a cap?”

Soft-touch corduroy + dense stretch denim turned out to be a perfect match.
The prototype was stylish, sophisticated, and well-suited even for grown-up wear.

We pursued precision in the 3D embroidery, adjusted the logo placement, tested shapes and materials, and built the entire cap from scratch.
It’s a simple yet refined design that pairs effortlessly with all Fin-ch apparel—
a cap that completes your outfit and can be worn for years to come.

Washing Notes:
Do not machine wash to avoid deformation or heavy fading
Fabric is treated to resist fading and dye transfer
For hand washing: squeeze out excess water, stuff with towel or newspaper, and air dry flat in the shade
