When the flap is set to ON, it supports backlash prevention; when set to OFF, it can be used as a standard baitcasting reel.
For this reason, it is highly recommended as a first BC reel.

Product Features




The Anti Backlash Flap is an analog-controlled backlash prevention support system that detects excess slack line and controls spool rotation.
The flap can be switched ON or OFF. Once you become familiar with casting, you can turn the flap OFF and use it as a conventional baitcasting reel.


How It Works
When the sensor bar detects excess slack line, the flap rises.
Part ① moves in conjunction, and
Part ② makes contact with the spool shaft, suppressing spool rotation to prevent backlash.

Pre-spooled Line
Comes pre-spooled with Nylon Line No.3 – 110 m, ready to use right out of the box.
(Recommended for lures weighing 7 g or more.)
