Size Guide:
Glove sizing is standard, with high stretch tolerance. Choose based on hand length and circumference:
S: For small hands or women
M: Standard male fit
L: For slightly larger hands
XL: For large, thick hands
How to Measure:
Hand Length: Measure from the top wrist crease to the tip of your middle finger.
S (160–170mm)
M (170–180mm)
L (180–190mm)
XL (190–200mm)
Hand Circumference: Measure around your knuckles with a soft tape. Be sure to keep the tape straight and avoid clenched fists.
S (190–200mm)
M (200–210mm)
L (210–220mm)
XL (220–230mm)
If the two measurements fall into different size categories, it's usually best to choose the larger size.
Introducing the long-awaited Genovesa 4SEASON Glove from the Genovesa series.
If neoprene gloves are for winter, this glove is made for spring, summer, and fall.
Although it's labeled 4-season, it’s practically for three — no thermal insulation here. The focus is on preserving sensitivity while performing the true function of a glove.
Genkiman, who travels the globe for fishing, always packs a pair of gloves.
The winter-specific Genovesa-Fin-ch-Glove was born from such journeys, but until now, Fin-ch had no glove for the other seasons. While many users requested it, we at Fin-ch only make things when the need arises on the field — so yes, it took time.
Back of Hand:
Made with stretchy, quick-dry fabric that stays comfortable even under the blazing sun of Australia.
We added wide synthetic suede across the knuckles — this helps reduce pain when tying leaders or pulling lines.
Palm Design:
The palm features thick silicone print throughout.
Where most gloves would double-layer fabric for durability, we found that approach uncomfortable.
Inspired by cycling gloves, we experimented with thickness, color, and printing methods — and nailed the grip.
We mapped out where pressure is applied and where the palm bends while holding a rod, then added playful Fin-ch footprints.
This boosts grip to the point slipping is nearly impossible.
And yes — this glove helps you grip the fish too. Genkiman, though a fan of Boga Grips, prefers grabbing fish by hand. “Because it looks cooler,” he says.
This glove prevents slippage when pulling apart rod ferrules too.
While double-layer may technically be stronger, our silicone grip hasn’t frayed once — it’s surprisingly robust.
Between the Fingers:
Synthetic suede is added between the middle and ring finger — high-friction areas during casting or fighting fish.
Cuff Design:
We removed Velcro altogether — it tangles, snags, and gets in the way, especially around the wrist.
Instead, we added a snap button and half-stretchy cuff — easy to wear, easy to remove.
Snap the gloves together to prevent losing one. Hang dry after washing.
Color Highlight: Gunjo Blue:
A rich blue with a hint of purple, derived from traditional Japanese pigments used in classic art.
